The two aces of the top two teams in the AL Central square off this afternoon in Fox's game of the Week. This is still kind of weird for me, because I remember a time when Detroit vs. Cleveland meant Nate Cornejo vs. Jeff D'Amico, and you were lucky if FSN was even broadcasting the game. But enough about hairless freaky looking pitchers that still give my nightmares...
Justin Verlander and C.C. Sabathia have met once before, with Verlander pitching a gem. Verlander comes into this game winning his last 4 starts, Sabathia has only allowed a run a piece in his last two. One more prediction for this game...rain, since I'll be in the stands.
